Mindy Datz is an associate with the firm with over 27 years of experience in Florida, successfully representing clients in civil litigation actions with an emphasis on estate planning and probate administration, foreclosures, business litigation, and contracts. Before that, she was a Small Claims Judge for the City of New York for a short period of time in 1995.
A member of the Florida bar since 1995, Ms. Datz is also a member of the New York bar since 1987, where she served as a Managing Attorney for the City of New York’s Department of Housing, Preservation, and Development. Ms. Datz is a 1986 graduate of The George Washington University School of Law, in Washington, D.C. She also received an undergraduate degree in 1982 from the State University of New York at Albany in upstate New York.
Ms. Datz was formerly on the Board of Directors of the South Florida Association of Women Lawyers. She also participated in Florida’s Justice Teaching program, where she taught elementary school students about the fundamental principles of our democracy in the classroom setting.
Ms. Datz is an active member of the Palm Beach Bar Association, where she serves as a member of the Workers’ Compensation Continuing Legal Education Committee.
