David S. Tadros

Mr. Tadros is one of the founding partners of Wyland & Tadros LLP. He is the partner in charge of the Firm’s Liability Litigation Group. For 30 years, Mr. Tadros’ practice has focused on all areas of civil litigation, including commercial litigation, auto liability, trucking liability, products liability, premises liability, construction defects, professional malpractice, bad faith, insurance coverage and personal injury litigation. Mr. Tadros is “AV” peer-rated by Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review,, the highest rating established by that publication, and is recognized by Super Lawyers, Top Rated Lawyers, and Florida Legal Elite.  He is also recognized by TopUSverdict.com for having secured one of the top 100 verdicts in the State of Florida for 2017.  He is a former Chair and member of the Grievance Committee for the 15th Judicial Circuit. Mr. Tadros is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.  Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Tadros was the senior partner in charge of the Commercial Litigation and Liability Litigation Groups in the West Palm Beach office of a large South Florida firm. Mr. Tadros was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1992 and is also admitted to practice in all United States District Courts in Florida, the United States 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of International Trade. He has practiced before many of the Circuit Courts and Appellate Courts in the state of Florida. Mr. Tadros is a 1989 graduate of the University of Florida, and a 1992 graduate of the Stetson University College of Law. A longtime resident of Athens, Greece, Mr. Tadros is fluent in modern Greek.
