Mr. Fagerstrom is a junior partner in the firm’s Litigation and Insurance Litigation Group. Mr. Fagerstrom’s practice focuses on the areas of liability defense litigation, automobile negligence, premises liability and professional malpractice.
Mr. Fagerstrom previously practiced administrative law and was an intern to the Honorable Ellen Leesfield in the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida. In Law School Mr. Fagerstrom was a member of the International and Comparative Law Review. He is an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and a member of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches. He is a member of the Circuit Court Civil Law Practice Committee and a member of the Personal Injury/Wrongful Death Law CLE Committee.
Mr. Fagerstrom is a 2002 graduate of Boston University and a 2006 graduate (cum laude) of the University of Miami Law School. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2006 and is admitted to practice in all United States District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts in Florida.
