During his 27-year career, Mr. D’Amore has successfully represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in substantial Civil litigation matters as well as both Petitioners and Employer/Carriers in complex Workers’ Compensation cases. His practice with Wyland & Tadros focuses on Workers’ Compensation Insurance Defense, Labor and Employment, Family Law, and Civil Liability Defense litigation, and he represents employers and carriers in all phases of litigation, including the complex arenas of unemployment and retaliatory discharge.
Mr. D’Amore is a 1984 graduate of Rutgers University, a 1988 graduate of Qunnipiac University School of Law, and a full time member of the Florida, Palm Beach County, and North Palm Beach County Bar Associations. He is also a current member of the Civil Trial, Matrimonial, and Workers’ Compensation Sections of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. For nearly three decades, Mr. D’Amore has enjoyed running his own law firm or working as a valuable team player with several very well-respected law firms, and is a very passionate supporter of a variety of charitable organizations.
